We have amended our Admissions Policy in line with the EPSEN Act 2022.

This allows the Minister for Education to direct a school to make certain provisions for pupils with special educational needs. We have now added this change to our policy and added the following statement:

“Inver N.S. will cooperate with the NCSE in the performance by the Council of its functions under the EPSEN Act 2004 including in particular by the provision and operation of a special class or classes when requested to do so.

Inver NS will comply with any direction served on the BOM or patron as the case may be under section 37A and any direction served on the BOM under section 67(4B) of the Education Act.”
