Today we made lava lamps with Múinteoir Lisa. First we had to put water in we put some food colouring in and then we put in oil.  We popped in some fizzy tablet calledd alka selzter. As the bubbles from the tablets floated to the top of the bottle, you could see the colours through the oil. If you shook the lavalamps you would ruin it.

I hope we do it again some time!
