Is pumpa é an croí a sheolann fuil ar fud an coirp. Téann an fuil chuig gach cuid den choirp. Tá sé suite i lár do chliabhrach agus tá sé chomh mór le dorn.
Tá sé tabhachtach dúinn a bheith aclaí. Déanann toitíní agus an iomarca alcóil damáiste don chroí. Ba chóír dúinn bia folláin a ithe i gconaí.

It is important to keep fit to keep the heart healthy. Smoking and alcohol abuse cause huge damage to the heart. Everyone should try to keep fit and healthy to have a healthy heart.
