Katie ó Údaras um Shábháilteacht ar Bhóithre (RSA)
Tháining Katie ón RSA ar cuairt chugainn cúpla lá sin. Bhí sí ag insint duinn conas a bheith slán ar an mbóthar. D’fhoghlam muid go leor rudaí uaith, mar shampla:
Always wear your seatbelt in the car.
Always wear your helmet when cycling.
Don’t use your phone while driving.
Don’t distract the driver while there driving.
Wear your hi-viz jacket while out walking.
Always walk on the right side of the road while walking.
by Sophie
Wear your seatbelt properly or it could cut your arm off.
Keep your eyes n the road not your phone.
Don’t get distracted by anything while driving.
Always expect the unexpected.
Look before you cross the road.
Wear your protective gear
By Kian
Always tighten your seatbelt or else you will crash and the airbag will break your nose.
Never take out your phone when your driving or cycling because you might seriously hurt yourself by Jack
The Great Ireland Run 2016

Don’t want to be a nag,
Get on your feet
And move to the beat.

It doesn’t matter what you do , Just do what’s good for you!
Any sport at all,
You don’t need a ball.
We have a pitch AND a hall.
Run to the shore,
Don’t be a bore,
Don’t stay at home and snore , snore, snore!
To be fit, do not sit, ride a bike, walk or run, have some fun!
It doesn’t matter what you do , Just do what’s good for you!
Don t stay in and sit, sit, sit,
Just listen to us and you’ll get fit, fit, fit!

Gaelic skills training with James
We had great fun learning how to pick the ball up correctly and also learning how to catch the ball using our ‘W’ Handshape.
Feis Damhsa
Well done to Abby who did amazingly well at a recent dancing feis in Galway. She was very proud showing off her prizes and so she should be. All the practice has paid off Abby. We are very proud of you.
Mini 7s Boys Competition
Well done to the Inver N.S. Boys football team who recently competed in the mini 7’s competition in Belmullet. Their first game was against Doohoma NS who were very strong. This resulted in a defeat but not without a good challenge from the boys. Doohoma went on to win the competition so well done to them!
The second game was against Glencastle N.S. Again a very strong team! The Inver boys worked well as a team, kept their head high despite the previous loss and this effort paid off with Inver ahead at the final whistle. We are proud of all the boys. Keep it up!
